What we collect

• Enquiry and application details you submit through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, the course and university you're interested in, and any notes you choose to add.
• Technical information needed to operate the site, such as the IP address recorded when a form is submitted (used for security and abuse prevention).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and guide your university application — this is the sole purpose of the forms on this site.
• We contact you only where you have ticked the consent box on the form.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Where it goes

• Form submissions are stored securely on our web server and emailed to our advisory team.
• Email notifications may be delivered via Formspree, a form-processing service ([TO COMPLETE — confirm once Formspree is configured, and link to their privacy policy]).
• With your agreement, we share relevant application details with the universities or colleges you ask us to apply to.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email student@overseaeducationuk.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies unless you agree to them. If analytics are enabled, a consent banner asks before anything is set: choose Accept analytics and we use Google Analytics (and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site, with IP addresses anonymised; choose Decline and no analytics cookies are set at all. The site works fully either way, and your choice is remembered on your device. Essential storage only (such as remembering your cookie choice) is used regardless, as permitted by UK PECR. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
